IS YOUR “EX” NOT LETTING YOU SEE OR TALK TO YOUR KIDS? COURTREADY.COM CAN HELP!

Unfortunately, ex’s can be notoriously spiteful and vindictive. They can be in a relationship and/or living with someone, and allowing their “significant other” around your kids every day… but, if you start dating and/or allowing some other man or woman around the kids, all hell breaks loose. Sometimes, if you are late with your child support payment, or they want more money than you are currently paying in child support, they will cut off your visits.

Although these actions are illegal if there is an existing court order giving you specific visitation rights, that doesn’t always stop them. You may need to haul them back to court, either for contempt, or for a modification, or both.

Unfortunately for you, attorneys will require a large retainer just to start a contempt or other enforcement action ($2,500 to $3,500). We can help! We are a non-attorney legal document preparation service, and our usual fee is $350 for all of the required documents, ready-to-file.
